Senior Accountant

Location: Essen

Responsibilities

• Preparation and monitoring of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Account reconciliation and maintenance: Ensuring the accurate and timely booking of all business transactions.
• Analysis and reporting: Creating financial evaluations, reports, and analyses for management.
• Monitoring and implementing tax regulations: Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations and deadlines.
• Participation in budget and forecast preparation: Assisting in the creation of budget plans and forecasts.

Requirements

Financial Accountant

Accounts Payable

• Reviewing, coding, and booking incoming invoices
• Preparing for and monitoring payment transactions

Accounts Receivable
