Your Profile

  • Completed training in a technical profession (e.g., industrial mechanic, track construction worker) or a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally, a degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar field, along with experience in site management.
  • Experience in railway or track construction, as well as in site management and team leadership, is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, including managing machine operators and technical personnel.
  • Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.
  • Proficiency in relevant PC programs (e.g., construction management software).
  • Knowledge of occupational safety and legal regulations in railway construction is desirable.

  • Reviewing, coding, and booking incoming invoices

HR-Manager

Location: Essen

Personnel Administration

  • Carrying out administrative tasks related to personnel management, including the creation of employment contracts, certificates, and other HR-related documents.
  • Maintaining and updating employee databases and personnel files.
  • Monitoring employee onboarding and offboarding, as well as managing vacation and sick days.
  • Supporting the recruitment process, such as pre-selecting candidates and organizing interviews.
  • Assisting in payroll preparation and communication between the company and the tax office.
