Our grinding has one goal:
Extending the life cycle of your rail network.

Hardly any other system is exposed to such high daily loads as track infrastructure in rail transport – another reason why the grinding of tracks and switches is becoming increasingly important in terms of maintenance and care. Through highly specialised grinding technology for the maintenance of existing tracks, and a preventive treatment approach for new tracks, Rail Care Solutions is able to make an effective and efficient contribution towards significantly extending the service life of your rail network.

The biggest item in our machine park: The knowledge it contains.

Not all tracks are the same. In terms of the machinery required, every track infrastructure has its own individual requirements for grinding technology maintenance. With our extensive range of machinery, we are perfectly equipped for almost every challenge. Whether track networks for trams and metros, industrial and private railways or track systems for the highest speed class of the Deutsche Bahn, Rail Care Solutions has both the technical infrastructure and the necessary knowledge to implement and execute each solution process.
